We'll confirm availability and reach out to you to discuss your event in details. Based on that we'll send a comprehensive proposal of services and you will be able to securely place a deposit and sign our vendor agreement to confirm the reservation.




With your date secured, it's time to kick off the festivities! We're thrilled to confirm event details with you and get the party started. Our event questionnaire will be sent immediately after booking to confirm templates, backdrop selections, and ensure seamless preparation for your special occasion.

Allow an hour for set up and an hour for pack down.
Yes, depending on the type of experience you choose, we will have someone from our team on site for the whole time to assist all of your guests and ensure smooth operation.
We need at least 10 by 10 feet and access to a single power point and level ground. In addition, our backdrops require a height of at least 8 feet.
We highly recommend you make your booking as soon as you have a date for your event in mind.
The booth is set up an hour before the run time starts and is all included in the cost. If you book a 3 hour package, that is 1 hour for setup and 3 hours of run time.
Definitely. Choose a non reflective surface if possible. Good idea to brainstorm with your stylist as well.
